The process contains 3 parts: a 30 minutes phone screen with the recruiter -> a 24-hours design challenge -> An onsite interview presenting my portfolio and the design challenge to several designers and a product manager.
At first, the experience was mostly good, because the recruiter got back to me quickly and provided me with thorough instructions for the onsite interview. During the on-site interview, they told me that they were impressed by the work I did within such a short period and that they will keep in touch and get back to me ASAP. And then they ghosted me. None of them (the recruiter, interviewers) ever responded to my follow-up emails. They just vanished. Later on, I heard from my friend that he was ghosted after submitting the design challenge. So I guess the culture at the company was that they move fast if they like you, but if they don't, they will just pretend to be nice and then ignore you. They show no respect for the time and energy candidates put in.
