I applied online. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Richmond, VA) in May 2017
Interview
As CoStar Group matures in the Richmond marketplace, hopefully they will be less age-centric and realize that mature leaders with experience would be an asset in driving their KPI and metrics.

Phone Screen Questions: Would you work 8a-8p M-F to cover West Coast time through EOY? We have a firm salary cap for Mgrs. at $85,000? Have you applied with CoStar Group before?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CoStar Group (Washington, DC) in Sep 2013
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, was immediately contacted by a recruiter. Interviewed with a recruiter, then a few days later set up what was supposed to be a 3 part interview. After meeting with the first person, it was 'rescheduled due to the 2nd person no longer being available.' When I asked if that was truly the case and they were not just blowing me off, I was assured we would finish the interview process the following week. When I called to set that up, I was told that they were no longer interested in my services due to the first interviewers review.
I can understand that I was not a good fit for the position, but would have appreciated more honesty in the interview process. During the interview process/tour, they stress the amenities of the building but shy away from the day to day responsibilities required of the candidates.
I applied through LinkedIn and had a phone interview about a week later. The following week, I met in person with their HR rep. She asked some basic questions about my past employment and abilities as a supervisor, to include managing recent college graduates. I have not received an offer yet, but I got called back for another interview.
