So far, only had one phone interview with a recruiter that reached out to me. It went well! She called at the time she said she would and went over the job with me. Asked me very interesting questions that I was not prepared for but very much dug deeper into my work ethic and what my future would look like.

Q: What do you do in your current position? Q: What does integrity look like in your current position?
There were a few different stages of interviews. I found that the communication after the final interview was poor, especially given that it was required to go in person which require travel for me and they did not follow up or respond to my emails for weeks. A Writing test is also required.
First two interviews were screening, the final interview was in person with a written test. Overall, an easy process but to have applicants travel in person it felt disorganized. I received a denial, weeks later in an automated email.

How would you adapt to being in a start-up like environment?
The interview process is pretty basic. HR call, screen with manager, interview with two managers, writing assessment that takes about an hour. Fair process. Took place over about two weeks.
