Phone screen followed by a first-round interview, both behavioral. Next was a 2 round in person power day heavily focused on resume, project experience, and exploring technologies listed on your resume.
They had me talk about my resume and told me how great the place was, and I check reddit and I rejected it. Probably the best choice for my mental health no?
