Interview
A number of telephone and Skype interviews prior to an actual face to face interview.
A large amount of the interview process involved SHL tests for maths and English skills.
After making it through the skills tests I had an interview with the Technical Manager.
The interview was very laid back but also ensured they had full knowledge of my skills and where I would see myself fitting in.
The interview was very professional and at no time did I feel out of my depth or coerced into saying anything that I was not comfortable with.
