Coeo interview questions

Very odd interview process back in 2024. While it was pencilled in as a technical interview, there where a lot of business oriented questions and very little technical questions, Whilst I adjusted my language in my responses to cater to the interviewer panel, I got rejected due to coming across as shallow technical expertise, whilst that is not the case. My feedback is for the interviewers to be a lot more organised and respect each others time in the questions as opposed to 50mins business questions and 10 minutes rushed technical questions.

Interview process was very smooth and satisfying. Interviewers are very calm and polite throughout interviews and HR was also very supportive whenever needed. Overall experience was very good with coeo.
