Interview
First round was an aptitude test, which moderate. In interview they majorly ask questions on project you have done and some questions from each of SQL, Excel , Python. In HR interview the ask basic question not much.

4 stage process, 1) I was recruited by a Cognitio employee who I knew professionally. 2) Met with the COO to discuss job description. 3) Met with CTO to make sure I was technically comfortable with doing the job. 4) Met with the CEO.
