Multiple steps in the recruitment process. First interviews were quite simple, but then multiple steps came in with an invitation to meet in person 1 week and a half after the last interview and finally an afterwork a week after. The recruitment process took a month, to then hear that they are looking for someone more Senior. Big lack of communication with the candidate and no respect of the deadlines.

The interview process was pretty long, with many people to meet.
But the overall experience was interesting, it also lets you understand quite well the company spirit.
