First interview was really informal and determined if you were chosen for the real first interview (a reverse interview). The interviewer seemed unintelligent and only seemed capable of usingfootball analogies to answer my questions. The interview was supervised by the founder of the company, and he basically tried to convince me that getting a job in finance was impossible and that college works was the best thing since sliced bread.
