The general manager of south china colliers came to toronto to hold an on campus interviews.The interview experience was overall relaxing. It was more like a group chat in the first round and background check in the second round. One question he asked was what do your parents do in china. YOU SHOULD ANSWER ANYTHING OTHER THAN REAL-ESTATE-RELATED INDUSTRY. Because as soon as your answer, he asked " what if you are well trained in three years in Colliers and leave for your own family business?" Dun make stupid mistake like this.
If you have a on campus interview, and if it is a position abroad, make sure you demonstrate your commitment to the company. I felt like that was one of the big thing they are looking for!!
