Interview

Did initial screening with recruiter who didn’t seem to have all the details straight. Business Development Manager blew off the first interview because “he couldn’t get his Teams to work because his IT person was updating it”. That doesn’t make sense. Heard back later that he had “changed his mind”. Unprofessional.

It was very relaxed it felt like taking to an old friend it was delightful and Bobbie was so great She made e feel very comfortable and listened without interruption We just chatted about my experience and there were none of those unbearable interview questions
