First had a phone screen. Then an in person interview. Waited two weeks but never heard back. Had to reach out for a status update. Feedback received was confusing. Everything was great. You have excellent skills but we do not want to extend an offer.

Stock interview questions 1st step, then ride along to see if you fit the job (which is a awesome way to see if you would like all the cold calls). Then formal final interview where they waive all the money you could make in your face. I made good money but worked my butt off to get there! Not a easy job!
