I emailed my resume to a recruiter. I received a response email asking me to give her a call to do a pre screen. She asked me basic questions about my interests, she explained the job and expectations to me. Everything went well, and she sent me a link to the actual application. Once that was completed she sent me a link to complete an assessment. This was personality questions, and an actual practice case's in a mock system. She called me back the next day to tell me I passed the assessment and she set up a time to do a complete phone interview. I completed the phone interview with her these were STAR format questions "Tell me about a time...". She then gave me some tips for an in person interview, and let me know she is going to get me scheduled for an interview. Within the hour she emailed me my interview time. I arrived to my interview, there were three other people there. We all took a tour of the facility, and met a few of the managers. We then entered a room, and watched a presentation about the company, and the position. I was very bubbly during the tour and presentation (laughing at jokes etc). The Comcast manager then left, and the recruiter asked if we had any questions. A moment later the Manager called me for an interview. The others completed their interviews with other people after me. I interviewed with two managers. They asked me very similar questions to the recruiters phone interview. They asked me to step out for a moment so that they could converse. I sat down, and about 30 seconds later i was called back in. They then asked if I would be able to stay to complete a 2nd interview. I agreed. Their manager called me back a few min later and asked me more sales related questions. About an hour later after I arrived home I received an offer letter from the last manager I interviewed with. I completed the Escreen drug test & Carco background check. I start my training on June 1st!
