Interview
I applied online and was invited to take an assessment. The assessment was some mock calls and then I had to answer questions related to the products mock customers had. I was then invited to have a sort of interview with a recruiter over the phone. The recruiter asked about 4 STAR-related questions about previous experience concerning sales. After that, I was invited to do a video interview over TEAMS with a sales manager. She asked similar questions regarding scenarios with customers that were related to sales, upset customers, and meeting quotas.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you had to adjust yourself after dealing with a difficult customer and then had to take a call right after. Tell me about a time when you realized that you did not meet your quota during the middle of a month what did you do? Tell me about a time you built rapport with a customer. There was also a role-play involved and you had to pretend to work for Comcast.

3-4 hour interview. An introduction of the company, a tour. Then one on one interviews. It really depends on the person who interviews you. My guy did not pay attention to what were said. It was over before it started. A true waste of gas and my time.
