Owner of the franchise interviewed me, because he liked what he saw he hired me. He wasn't honest and up front about all the responsibilities I would have, therefore was unprepared for this job and later quit.

The questions asked were of variety. The interviewers were nice and knowledgeable. They asked a series of questions pertaining to your work ethics, business knowledge and interpersonal skills. It is best to wear business attire and come prepared.

Its was informal. Very easy with the typical standard questions. I should have ran the other way. Bad company to work for. The place is a revolving door. Its a small company that gives you the appearance that they care but they do not. The just want money. Policies are always changing at a moments notice. You have no life. Its all about the company,
