You get called right away after applying. You come in and take a test. If you do well, they call you back and allow you to review the test and talk to you. Then you have to get a background check, physical and drug test, then I was hired.

Interview
Answer questions to a test ,interview questions reguarding on the type if patients dealt with, Ahlzeimer,dementia ect; ..Then check all CUS and paper work to see if updated or expired, including CPR card,social card, State ID,Driver licence.

Easy and relaxed, questions were typical for being hired. Application wasn't difficult to fill out, just come prepared. They ask to what hours, days, and if any type of work that you may not be able to perform on a shift with a client.

Interview
It's a group interview. First, you fill out some paper work, the you all sit around a table. The woman asks questions and everyone goes around the table answering them, one by one. It's a really interesting way to interview people.
