Common Ground Food Co-Op interview questions

two employers, typically the managers, ask about your experience and how you'd react in different, usually high stress, situations. they also want to know how much you know about food cooperatives (what they are, how they run, etc). they also explain the philosophy of the store (organic, local, coop). the interview was probably about an hour long.
