I met with the HR Manager and the Director of the Facility, they both asked me a couple of questions regarding my background and education, and I had stated I knew another employee of the company. Then the HR Manager retrieved the Kitchen Manager, who asked me a few questions of her own.

Did not honestly portray the challenges of the position and how difficult staffing was. Salary parity for associates was glossed over even though cost of living challenges in a city is a huge problem.
They came to a job fair at my school. Was selected for interview there and then offered the job. It was simple and pretty quick if I remember correctly. Thanks
