Interview focuses majorly on the Communication Skills with a bit of technical knowledge on OS, Hardware, Software as well as good to know about ticketing tools especially ServiceNow.

Initial interview was a phone screening, the second interview was onsite at HQ in Fort Mill SC for an in person interview, then I got the offer afterwards upon management's reviewing of the interview.
