The hiring process was very professional and well run. A brief interview with HR, as opposed to some of the long drawn out behavioral interviews I have been through. HR seems to understand their hiring managers are more capable of judging if the person fits with their team and can do the job than they are. After that interviews with 3 people, a peer, a manager and the lead.
