Applied through an employee referral, got interview call within a week. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and was conducted by 2 supervisors. They just looked through the resume and asked me to elaborate on some positions of leadership and teamwork. Others were basic behavior/personality questions.

Interview with manager and engineer at the location where they reviewed the resume and asked personality and integrity questions. Asked about previous experience and comfort with working in such environments.

Interview
Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.
Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
