Interview
On campus recruitment. 1st interview was on campus and mainly behavioral questions (Lots of what if this happens, how would you react in this situation?) 2nd Interview was at headquarters with past GOLD associates that are currently senior managers. There were a few technical questions that relates to your major and case studies.
After you passed the 2nd interview, they will send you an email with links to take behavioral tests.

Question 1
If your manager promotes you to a higher position (manager) and your co-workers do not think you're qualify because they have more experience than you, how would you respond to this situation?
Interview was 2 rounds. First Round was like a conversation where more behavioral questions were asked. Second Round involved around 10 technical questions regarding your college major (mine was mechanical engineering) and remainder was behavioral.

Some Behavioral:
Tell me about a time you worked on a team, what was your role, what did you learn from it.
Tell me about a time you took initiative on a project or activity.
How do you approach communication with supervisor, teachers, &/or colleagues
Initial screening and then a behavioral/technical. Asked about your leadership experiences, safety scenarios and ethics. Technical questions can range and is dependent on your major but will be relevant to the utilities power side.

College recruitment day, second interview at 4 irving place then you take a personality test then you wait then they call you with a long message saying you are selected to work for con edison!
