Interview
Lengthy, must pass tests prior to receiving interviews. Takes months to Schedule a test. After passing the test can take weeks before an interview is scheduled. Interview is very thorough. Must pass drug test after passing interview. Must complete a medical exam prior to orientation.

Interview
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

Interview
The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
