Interview
I was contacted by a HR recruiter via email and setup a phone interview. The phone interview was with the department supervisor. Overall there were the basic questions, "Tell me a time where you demonstrated leadership?", etc... After about a month I was called in for a drug test and a few weeks attended orientation.

This internship experience was great and it helped me develop better as a person, work, and really helped me develop my professional skills. Taking what i learned from the classroom into the work force
The i review was done by 2 people. It was scripted. Questions were atraighforward. Company policies, integrity, work ethic, previous employment, etc. interview was easy. It was conducted by two supervisors.
The Con Edison interview process can be tough. The process is long as there are multiple rounds of interviews. Additionally, there are long wait times to hear back from hiring managers. There is also an expectation to have a great deal of knowledge even in entry level positions.
