I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Ontario, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Apply online and do some basic testing, if you pass that an HR person will call and ask basic questions, very easy, there are 1-2 subsequent interviews all over the phone. Its a long process that could be simplified. If offered a position you have to send them 3 pieces of ID one being you SIN card which is unheard of in my opinion. You then have to pass a background and criminal record check. They cover the costs. Be honest and you may get in if it does not relate to your job. Do not lie about education. They verify it.
