One full day of test and interviews by different people. I had the previldge to be interviewed by someone who had interviewed me for another company that definiely needed help with people skills. He had left the previous company before me and was part of HR in Concentrix.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
