Interview
Ineterview process was very easy however there workplace and employee feed back was not up to the mark. Due to less oppurtunity of growth and poor payout with poor incentive structure. Also they have not got a good project from the client and no overseas oppurtunity.
1 - HR Round
2 - Elimination Round by Group Discussion or Interview with QTL (Depends on the number of candidates and hiring requirements)
3 - The selected candidates proceed for an Interview with the Hiring Manager

Via teams en video en anglais avec un recruteur très speed, entretien plutot agreable mais l'entreprise se met très en valeur et efface un peu l'intérêt de connaitre vraiment le candidat
