I’m sorry to read that you did not have a good experience with us. We do place a large emphasis on soft skills throughout our process, for example by having a whiteboard session with the candidates after their technical test or sometimes by asking behavioural questions. We’ll make sure that we provide more constructive feedback to the candidates to ensure they can grow from their experience interviewing with us.
