After HR made a phone call, I had a phone technical interview and then a coding assignment. After I submitted the code, I was called in for face to face technical interview. There was no behavioural question in the process, it was only technical questions. in the end i got a feedback that because I worked for a large organisation before my culture may don't match a small company ! They had my resume from the beginning and they knew where I came from, they wasted my time that I could spend for my family for the coding assignment and then I used annual leave for the face to face interview and then they told me because you worked for XYZ company we don't want to have you ! ridiculous feedback. If you worked for a well known company don't wast your time.
