2 rounds of, cultural and technical interviews. Was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Was conversational chat about my previous experience. Had to do two rounds of group interviews in two consecutive days and got the job offer on the 3rd day. Very rapid process.
Regarding Concentrix Barcelona. The interviewer did not show up for the interview and ghosted me when I asked for a reschedule. This shows a giant lack of professionalism and zero regard for the candidate's time.
