Interviews are very easy. Should conduct tough interviews so that good people are hired in the org. Recuritment team need to hire good people and interview should include aptitude test.

Consist only 3 round: 1. AMCAT - General aptitude and English Can attempt from anywhere as it is an online mode test. 2. Operational round - Mostly on process related 3. Hr Discussion - With a decent pay hike Above 2 round is walk in as it is Face to Face.
