Very laid back and welcoming, used the Stars method to get an idea whether or not you were going to be able to deal with certain situations under pressure. Felt at east the whole time.

Situations where I had dealt with this situation and how did I go about dealing with it.
Telephone interview with a recruiter followed by a one stage in person competency based interview with one or more hiring managers. Also a short written and numerical test. Feedback provided the following day by phone call.

Straight forward interview with basic questions. The usual in any interview no need to complicate things and just answer based on your experience. It took 15 minutes over all on the final interview.

The interview was postponed three times; on the third occasion, they did not even show up. Incredible! I cannot recommend this company at all, since their behavior shows total disrespect and complete lack of professionalism.
