Relatively simple. They first conduct a casual phone call interview where they explain some of the benefits of the 'accounts' you're interested in. Then they ask you to test your language proficiency skills on site. If you pass, they conduct a final interview where the finer details of the position is laid out. All in all, the process was very straightforward and relaxed.
