Interview
2 rounds. First was basically about my experience and if I am a fit. The first interviewer was quite flexible and made me feel comfortable while talking. Answered my questions. The second interviewer which was someone superior to the first interviewer. She was not professional, background noises kept coming, her camera only showed her half face as she was not in an appropriate place. She asked if I had questions before starting the interview which is weird. Kept repeating the same question in different ways as she was not convinced maybe why I want the job. She was to me not professional I wish I had putting her into her right place before leaving a 10mins interview that was supposed to take 30mins. 😕
The interview was done over online video on Microsoft Teams over a 1 by 1 session
The interviewer requested if the applicant is willing to be exposed to unsafe content in moderating content
The interviewer also discusses prior jobs and skills to bring to the company

I got a phone call to confirm the details of the job and asked if I wanted to move forward to in-person interview. After the interview, I had language assessment through phone call by the third party.

How to manage tasks when you have timeline for each of them.
Quick, efficient and sincere. It was a good experience. All the information is shared transparently. I was pleased to attend. All my questions were answered openly with professionalism. I was even reminded the details I should have asked and that was helpful to shape my opinion.
