Concorde Medical Group interview questions

They found me on Indeed and emailed me, and we had an in 2 person interviews. Met with senior practice attending then called in for a 2nd interview. I thought the interview went very well- engaging conversations (both ways). I followed with "thank you" email , which HR responded to. I was informed (by their HR person) I would be contacted by end of week in regards to decision. It has been close to a month and no response. I know what the answer was weeks ago BUT it would have been professionally prudent on their end to have told me I did not get the job.
