Given the company’s strong reputation and history, I was excited about the opportunity and thoroughly researched the role before my interviews.
However, the hiring process was unexpectedly disorganized and unprofessional. I later learned that they had previously offered the role to someone who later dropped the offer—unclear whether this happened before or after working with the procurement team. When I interviewed, the experience was confusing and unstructured. The hiring managers asked very general questions, avoided specifics, and dismissed my procurement background, despite my certifications and experience. When I asked for clarity on the key challenges of the role, I was told, "We are not here to explain these matters to you."
If you're considering applying, you don't need to avoid this company, but be prepared for unexpected, disorganized, or dismissive interactions. Condair has a great industry reputation, but its procurement team does not reflect the professionalism expected from a well-known brand.
