There are 3 interviews. The first interview is them jus going over the job requirements and pay. The second interview was over phone and he asked customer service questions and availability. The 3rd interview was on web cam by the hiring manager and u have to know how to navigate the system

How do you add an email account to your mobile device?
The interview process was easy, just need to know your way around an iPhone in order to help people. They asked some basic questions which was easy to answer. If your familiar with your iPhone and can be resourceful by looking up info, you will do well.
The interview was fairly easy and fast straight to the point, interviewer was really nice and pleasant. I hate that you don’t know what client you will be servicing until u sign an nda

My interviewer was very laid back simple questions, I felt very at ease with the interviewer and was not a bad process. Very quick and painless process. good experience overall.
