The interview process was fairly straight forward. Had a phone screen and then an onsite interview.
I had a 4 hours onsite interview at Morrisville,NC from 9am-1pm. It clearly felt that the team was not prepared as there was no conference room booked for the interview. I was asked to use an office of someone who was not at work that day :-) We use one of the employees cell phone for conference call. I was fine will all of that since I have worked with startups and I know how it is. But this is not a startup by any means but it just looked like one.
Anyway, my gripe is that no one bothered to give me some sort of feedback. After a couple fo days I tried to follow up with the recruiter who did not return my call. I understand if I was not the best fit for the role but I would have appreciated some one letting me know instead of no contact. Many recruiters will take the effort to contact the candidate and pass on the message which is professional in my opinion.
