3 interviews, online assessment, background and pc check. Very easy to get through, but takes a while for interviews If you currently have a job since there is less open time to schedule in.

Interview
Very easy if you know the english AND SECOND LANGUAGE. You will be more confident , if you know language and you had customer service previously. Any experience in customer service will be essential. You also need good English as materials are in English and learning and training will be in English.
