I had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager, however the interview was scheduled through a third party. They let me know the date/time of interview as well as name of hiring manager (HM) I was to interview with. The interview was to be via Microsoft Teams. On day and hour of interview I clicked on the TEAMS link provided for me and waited for hiring manager. After 10 minutes and no answer I emailed the third-party coordinator, letting him know that I was at the interview waiting for the HM (I was not provided contact info of HM, otherwise I would have contacted them directly). After 20 more minutes and no response I logged off. Shortly after logging off, I received an email from the coordinator asking why I missed my interview and if it meant that I was no longer interested. I realized he had not read the email I had sent, so I replied and reiterated that I indeed was at the interview, but was never let into the meeting room. Radio silence. I figured that the coordinator may have been trying to figure out where the discrepancy was, and that he would get back to me. After 4 + more hours of no response, I sent another email, that I was still very much interested in the position and I hoped it could be rescheduled. Never heard from the coordinator or anyone else at the organization. My advise to anyone interviewing with Conduent, is to ask for the contact info of hiring manager or whomever you will be interviewing with, in case there are technical difficulties on day of interview and need to contact them directly.

The interview process consisted of a three tiered process initiating with a screening process with the position's recruiter. This was followed by a one on one interview with the hiring director. The final round was an interview with the team I would be joining.
