So far I have talked with one person after receiving an email to answer a few questions. Next up is my workspace evaluation to see if I get offered the position to work from home.

Haven't been offered the position yet, after the workspace evaluation I will know if I'm offered the job or not. Really wasn't an interview, just asked general questions about my current workspace and went over the training process.

Interview
One initial phone interview with recruiter, a follow up video chat with a recruiter, then a final video chat with hiring manager. They all reiterated the schedule requirements and variable pay, several times. Questions were asked to assess customer service response and technical aptitude.
