The interview process was very brief and obviously customer service related. It deals a lot with interacting with customers, as well as working well alongside teammates. Also, telephone etiquette is something you will need to have as well since you’re using the phone a lot!

Professional, pleasant recruiting and interviewing experience, with promising future and interesting contract to work on. Good reputation of the business globally taking into consideration that the company is young on the market. telephone interview with HR and Hiring Manager. Competency based interview with a talk through the CV and employment history. Received a conditional offer of employment and two weeks after company has withdrawn the offer based on failure to comply with internal checks which were not agreed and reference details were not even submitted by myself. I assume that inaccurate information has been given to the business by someone who might be trying to prevent me to progress. Which I know find unlawful from both sides as it is not been disclosed to me.
