Pretty easy, the recruiters are pretty quick to call and get an interview set up- I was lucky enough to have a recruiter that was pretty transparent but others in my training class reported a lot of vagueness training and onboarding was unorganized and frustrating.

How do you handle support questions or situations that you do not know the answer or resolution to?
Not too bad they would have a couple of phonee interview and a video call also. It was very easy and straightforward . Questions related to angry customers etc. you will definitely have no problem answering any of it at all
