Applied for a summer internship using their online system. They are particularly interested in any work experience that you have done and design related projects as part of your degree. After submitting this I received an email saying I was successful and had a phone interview scheduled. This was meant to last around 25 minutes, but ended up lasting slightly longer. There were two interviewers, one of whom was a mechanical engineer. The questions were mostly to do with my work experience, while there were other general questions along the lines of 'Are you enjoying your course'. The interview was in late November and I received a rejection email in mid January.
