Interview
In 2013, ConocoPhillips came to the University of Texas campus to interview full-time MBA candidates. An initial interview was roughly 30-45 mins and was meant to be a screen to determine who got second round interviews. That second round dictated who got the internships. The summer internship was then in of itself an evaluation on whether or not the intern should be offered a full-time position.

Basics of walking through the resume, some basic finance questions (such as walking through the line items of net cash flow), and some scenario questions to determine how you think on your feet as it pertains to finance and leadership. My question was on steps I would take if we were beginning a new project in China.
