The interview process was thorough and engaging. I had four separate interviews. The first with the HR director, and the remaining four with different team members or supervisors that I would be working with. The first three interviews were phone calls, and the last interview was a Zoom interview that lasted around 2 hours. The last interview gave me a great background of the company and what I would be doing at Continued. I also had the opportunity to ask any questions about the position. I was impressed with the quality of questions and the active engagement in each of the interviews.
