The interview process and overall contracting experience were poorly managed.
Communication was generally weak and inconsistent. I often received incomplete or unclear information, and in some cases the information provided was misleading. Some project conditions were presented differently during the process than they later appeared in the contract or actual cooperation. There were also multiple cancelled meetings throughout the contracting period, which made the process unreliable and difficult to plan around. Additionally, the promised salary increase was not fulfilled. The contract also contained several errors, which created unnecessary confusion and reduced trust in the process. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional due to poor communication, inconsistent information, cancelled meetings, unfulfilled promises, and repeated contractual mistakes.
Even when I submitted a few times for a positions, where I have a complete 100% match with it, I always got the same autmated answer "you're not suitable for this position". My submissions are not being reviewed by human, it's an AI filtering. The coolpeople is not cool at all
basic sales interview, question about yourself your background etc, nice interviewers they were polite and asked rather basic question, no real sales testing or some kind of advanced sales knowledge required for the interview
