However, on the day of the interview, I received an email notifying me that the meeting had been rescheduled to 4:00 PM EST, without any explanation. If the interview time needs to be changed, it is essential to provide a clear explanation within the email, rather than simply notifying the candidate of a time change. Failing to do so demonstrates a lack of consideration for the individual’s time.
Additionally, I believe greater transparency is needed in job postings. The compensation range and whether the position is contract or full-time were not included in the job description. I only discovered these details after the fact, which ultimately led to a significant waste of my time. Clear and upfront information about these factors would have been greatly appreciated.
