I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cornerstone OnDemand (Santa Monica, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
I gave my resume to a Cornerstone OnDemand recruiter at a job fair. Although they did not have positions for my interest area at the time, I was contacted a couple months later for an new opening. Excited, I came in to interview. After interviewing, I sent a thank you and asked what the next steps were. No response. I was called randomly about a week later for a phone interview. After the interview, I emailed the same recruiter and asked what the next steps were. No response. About a month later, I receive an offer for the internship, but I had to decline because I had already accepted an internship somewhere else. Maybe I would have been more persistent in following up if this internship was my only option, but since I was offered a different one, I did not try as hard. Nonetheless, I would have appreciated a quick reply saying that they were still considering me for the internship.
