4 interview stage with the final to present to the board. This process was alright and standard as they come. However, they don’t give you the courtesy of a feedback. It seems many candidates have the exact same experience and there is no improvement in how this is being handled. Therefore it creates poor impressions since they are suppose to be all about employee and candidate experience but they don’t practice that in the most vital way. If a candidate has had 4 interviews and gets to a final stage, least you could do is make it a priority to give them feedback.
