      The screening process started off great and I enjoyed my virtual interview with the recruiter, but soon after things started to become more unconventional and drawn out. The VP interview was very casual, but awkward for me. During the visit my most recent employer’s company website was displayed and I was asked questions about the people etc., which I found to be quite unprofessional and weird. I smiled through it, but I lost interest after hearing more about the role and full-time in office schedule. I never heard back until over a month later that someone else was hired.

      I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cortland (Atlanta, GA)

      Interview

      I applied for the position and completed a HireVue interview in April 2023. I did not receive a phone screen call from the recruiter until June 5th. The in person with the hiring manager was a few days after the third interview with 4 other team members was the following week. I was just informed yesterday July 17th that I was not selected for the role. It took 3 months for the entire process.
